First Aid at Work
A 3 day first aid course to enable staff to be first aiders at work. The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work.
First Aid at Work Requalification
A 2 day course. This course is designed for those who hold a First Aid at Work Certificate which is nearing or has just passed its expiration date (within 28 days). It allows you to refresh and update your knowledge of first aid at work.
First Aid at Work Refresher
A 4 hour course. This First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher course refreshes the knowledge of qualified first aiders each year, which is the recommended interval for refresher training to keep their understanding up to date in between required practical training sessions, so they can continue to deliver life-saving first aid.
Emergency First Aid at Work
A 1 day course. The Emergency first aid at work (EFAW) course is ideal for those who need to be certified to be a first aider in lower-risk working environments.
Paediatric First Aid
This 2 day Paediatric First Aid training course will teach those who work with infants or children how to deliver paediatric first aid assistance in an emergency. This course is EYFS compliant and meets Ofsted registration requirements
Emergency Paediatric First Aid
1 day Paediatric First Aid training course will teach those with with infants or children how to deliver paediatric first aid assistance in an emergency. It will not meet the Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
Save a Babies Life
This 90 minute session although short will give life saving information. The session is aimed at new born to 1 year old.
Basic Life Support
This 3 hour Basic Life Support course gives training in basic life saving first aid techniques. Recognising heart attack/cardiac arrest, CPR, AED, Choking.
Paediatric Basic life Support
This 3 hour Basic Life Support course gives training in basic life saving first aid techniques for babies and young children.. Recognising cardiac arrest, CPR, AED, Choking.
Young First Aiders
This session give young people the skills to be a first aider. Aimed at 8 to 16 year old. The length of session will be depending on your requirements.

This 4 hour course is designed to help learners understand more about what a stroke is, what the signs and symptoms of a stroke and TIA (transient Ischaemic attack) are, and what can be done in an emergency to help a person having a stroke.
Diabetes Awareness
This 4 hour course is designed to help learners understand more about what diabetes is, what the signs and symptoms are, and what can be done in an emergency to help a person with Hypoglycaemia.
Sharps Training and Needle Stick Injury
This 4 hour sharps training and needle stick injury course teaches those working with needles and sharps how to use and dispose of them safely to reduce the likelihood of an injury. Also the actions that should be taken in the event of an needle stick accident.
